Terms of Service
1. Who we are and what these Terms cover
These Terms cover your use of this website (72hourads.com) and your purchase of 72-Hour Ads, an ad editing service from Axeom LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("Axeom", "we", "us"). By using this site or buying, you ("you", "Client") agree to them. If you do not agree, do not buy.
The 72-Hour Ads Client Agreement sets the service terms for 72-Hour Ads: the 72-hour clock, late batches, revisions, monthly plans, ownership and fit. If these Terms or the Refund Policy conflict with the Client Agreement on any of that, the Client Agreement controls. These Terms and this site's Refund Policy control for 72-Hour Ads over axeom.com. If anything in the Terms of Service or the Refund & Chargeback Policy on axeom.com conflicts with them, these control for 72-Hour Ads. That includes the all-sales-final rule on axeom.com, which does not apply to 72-Hour Ads. Anything else you buy from Axeom is covered by the axeom.com Terms.
2. What we sell
- Test Batch: 10 finished vertical ads for Facebook and Instagram.
- Starter 5: 5 finished vertical ads.
- 48-Hour Rush: a batch back in 48 hours instead of 72.
- VSL edits: long-form sales videos, ordered by call, with a 48-hour target. We confirm the price in writing before you pay.
- Monthly plans: Monthly 20, Monthly 40, and Custom (60 or more ads a month, quoted).
What you get, the price and whether it is one-time or monthly are shown at checkout for your order. Prices are in U.S. dollars and do not include taxes unless stated. A price change does not affect an order you already paid for.
3. What counts as one ad, and what is in it
- One ad is a vertical video up to 60 seconds. A new hook counts as a new ad.
- Ads from 61 to 90 seconds cost the same. Tell us when you order, because they take longer to edit, and we confirm your delivery date with you. Ads longer than 90 seconds are quoted separately.
- Every ad gets the full edit: b-roll, motion graphics, animated text, zooms, sound effects and captions.
- 2 revision rounds per ad.
- You deal with one point of contact. We brief, edit and check every ad before it reaches you. Finished ads are delivered on a private review link. A batch is delivered when every ad in it is on that link.
- We do not film your ads or write your scripts.
4. Your part
- Send your raw takes (separate takes for each ad) and your notes. After you pay, you paste a link to your footage and add your notes on the thank-you page.
- Send your footage within 30 days of paying. If nothing arrives in 30 days, we email you. You can ask for a full refund within 60 days of paying. After 60 days with no footage, the order is closed and is not refundable.
- Answer the order questions truthfully (what you spend on Meta ads a month, how many video ads you run, and whether any run 61 to 90 seconds).
- You confirm you own, or have the right to use, everything you send us: footage, music, images, and the likeness of anyone in it.
- You are responsible for what your ads say and show, and for following the law, the ad platform's rules and advertising standards, including FTC guidelines. We do not review, verify or approve the claims in your ads.
5. Timing
- The 72 hours start when all your footage and notes are in and we have confirmed the start time to you. Section 3 of the Client Agreement has the full rules. Weekends count, and the clock never pauses. We confirm the start time by email or message, usually within a few hours during the day. The clock starts when everything is in regardless.
- With the Rush, your batch comes back in 48 hours instead of 72.
- Each revision round comes back within 48 hours of your notes.
- If something on your side delays the work, such as a link that will not open or missing notes, the clock starts when you fix it. If we find a problem with your footage after the clock has started, we tell you what is missing or unusable, and the clock restarts when it is fixed.
6. Spots and fit
We take 4 new clients at a time. We may decline an order that is not a fit (under $1,000 a month in Meta ad spend). We decline those orders before payment. If one slips through, we refund it within one business day of reviewing the order, as the Client Agreement and the Refund Policy say. If you run fewer than 10 video ads a month, that is not a reason to decline: the order page offers you Starter 5 (5 ads for $147) instead.
7. Payment, monthly plans and credit
- Payments are processed by Whop. Their terms apply too. We do not store your full card details.
- If you buy a monthly plan, you authorize us and Whop to charge your payment method every month until you cancel. Plans are month to month, with no minimum, and renew on the day you start.
- You can cancel any time in Whop. Cancelling stops future charges only. It does not refund the month you already paid for. If you ask our team to cancel for you, email us at least 7 days before your renewal date.
- If you start a monthly plan within 14 days of your Test Batch being delivered, your $297 is credited toward your first month. We apply it as a credit on your first monthly payment.
- Your price is locked at the amount confirmed when we receive your payment. We will tell you before any change to a recurring rate takes effect.
8. Refunds
Refunds are covered by the Client Agreement and the Refund Policy on this site, which are part of these Terms and control for 72-Hour Ads. Once the clock has started, all sales are final except the late-batch refund, which applies to ad batches only, not VSL edits. Refunds go back through Whop to the original payment method. When it shows up depends on your bank.
9. Ownership and use of the work
- Your footage stays yours. We use it to make your ads, and we never publish it as it is. We keep footage and project files for 90 days after delivery, then we may delete them. Keep your own copies.
- Once your order is paid, you own the finished ads and may use them for any purpose. We keep our project files, templates and methods.
- By agreeing to these Terms and the Client Agreement, you let us use the finished ads we make for you, and clips from them, as examples of our work on our websites, social media and ads, with your name and public handle. This is standard for every order. If you would rather we stop, email info@axeom.com and we stop using your work in new material. We cannot pull posts already made.
- Music and stock footage we add are licensed for use in your ads. You are responsible for any music or footage you supply.
10. No guarantee of results
We do not guarantee any views, clicks, leads, sales or other result from the ads we edit. How an ad performs depends on many things outside our control. The late-batch refund is about delivery time, not results.
11. Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to your purchase or these Terms will not be more than the amount you paid for the order the claim is about. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost business. You agree to defend and hold harmless Axeom, its owners, employees and contractors from claims that come from what you send us, what your ads say or show, or your breach of these Terms.
12. Governing law and disputes
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
- Before any formal dispute, email info@axeom.com and give us 15 days to fix it in good faith.
- If we cannot, the dispute goes to binding arbitration in Dallas County, Texas, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The decision is final.
- You waive any right to bring or join a class action. Disputes must be brought individually.
- Either of us may ask a court in Dallas County, Texas for emergency injunctive relief without arbitrating first.
13. General
- We may update these Terms by posting a new version with a new date. The version in effect when you buy applies to that purchase.
- If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
- Clicking to pay or checking a box is your electronic signature and agreement to these Terms.
- We may use contractors, including editors, to do the work. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent.
- We may send notices to the email or phone number you gave us. Keep them current.
