Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Axeom LLC ("Axeom", "we", "us") collects, uses and shares information when you visit this website (72hourads.com), order 72-Hour Ads, or contact us. By using this site, you agree to it.
1. Information we collect
1.1 What you give us
- Contact details: your name, email address and phone number.
- Your answers: what you spend on Meta ads a month, how many video ads you run a month, and whether any run 61 to 90 seconds.
- Your footage and notes: the link you paste and the notes you write on the thank-you page. The footage itself, and anyone who appears or speaks in it, is personal information too. We keep footage and project files for 90 days after delivery, then we may delete them.
- Messages: what you send us by email, text, WhatsApp, direct message or on a call.
If you start our order form and leave before sending it, we may save what you typed (like your name, email or phone), a random visitor ID and your approximate city, so we can follow up. We never sell it. Email info@axeom.com and we'll delete it.
1.2 Payment information
You pay through our payment processor, Whop. They collect and process your card details directly. We do not store your full card number. We receive limited confirmation data: your name, your email, the amount, and whether the payment went through.
1.3 What we collect automatically
When you visit, we and our providers may collect your IP address, the approximate city it points to, your browser and device type, the pages you view, the site or ad that sent you (including ad tags such as UTM tags and the Meta click ID), and what you tap. A random visitor ID is kept on your device so we can tell visits and form saves apart.
2. Cookies, the Meta pixel and similar tools
This site uses the Meta (Facebook) pixel to measure our ads and to show our ads to people who visited. It records page views and when you tap to pay. We also use the Meta Conversions API: our server sends Meta page and form events, along with hashed contact details (such as your email or phone number) so Meta can match those events to its users. This site does not use Google Analytics. Your browser stores the random visitor ID and your place in the order steps. You can block cookies and storage in your browser settings, and manage ad tracking in your Facebook and Instagram settings. Blocking some of these may affect how the site works. Where the law requires it, we will ask for your consent first.
3. How we use your information
- To check whether 72-Hour Ads fits what you run, and to take and fulfil your order.
- To edit, deliver and support your ads, and to contact you about your order.
- To take payments, cancel plans and issue refunds.
- To follow up if you start the form and leave.
- To run and improve this site and our ads, including retargeting ads.
- To show finished ads we made for clients, with the client's name and public handle, as examples of our work, as the Client Agreement says.
- To keep records, enforce our terms, resolve disputes and meet legal duties.
4. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run our business:
- Service providers and contractors: the editors who work on your ads, our payment processor Whop, our own business software, and the email, messaging and file tools we use. They get only what they need to do their part.
- Advertising platforms: Meta, through the pixel and the Conversions API, for measurement and retargeting. Meta receives page and form events, and hashed contact details for matching.
- Legal and protective disclosures: when the law requires it, or to enforce our agreements or defend a claim, including evidence to a card network in a payment dispute.
- Business transfers: if Axeom is merged, sold or transferred.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your information as long as we need to serve you, keep business and financial records, settle disputes and meet legal duties. We keep client footage and project files for 90 days after delivery, then we may delete them.
6. Your choices and rights
- Marketing: unsubscribe using the link in any email, reply STOP to marketing texts, or email info@axeom.com.
- Access, correction or deletion: email info@axeom.com. We respond as the law requires. We may keep what we must keep for legal, accounting or dispute reasons.
- Depending on where you live, you may have more rights (for example under Texas or other U.S. state privacy laws). Contact us to use them.
7. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
8. Children
This site and our services are not for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you think a child gave us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
9. Links to other sites
This site links to other sites and tools, such as our payment page on Whop and the scheduling page for booking a call. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Read their policies.
10. Changes
We may update this Policy and will post the new version with a new date. If you keep using the site after that, you accept the update.
