72-Hour Ads Client Agreement
1. Who this is between, and what you are buying
This is an agreement between Axeom LLC, a Texas limited liability company in Dallas, Texas ("Axeom", "we", "us"), and the person or business that pays at checkout ("you", "Client"). It covers the 72-Hour Ads service. You buy through Whop, our checkout, and Whop's terms apply to the payment too.
The prices below are the ones shown on the order page. Prices are in U.S. dollars and do not include taxes unless stated. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
| What | What you get | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Test Batch | 10 finished vertical ads | $297, one payment |
| Starter 5 | 5 finished vertical ads | $147, one payment |
| 48-Hour Rush | Your batch back in 48 hours instead of 72, per batch of up to 10 ads | +$97 ($394 with a Test Batch) |
| Monthly 20 | 20 ads a month, in 72-hour batches | $597 a month |
| Monthly 40 | 40 ads a month, in 72-hour batches | $997 a month |
| Custom | 60 or more ads a month | Quoted |
| VSL edits | Long-form sales video edits up to 20 minutes, back in 48 hours (24 hours for +$97). Ordered by call. Over 20 minutes is quoted. | Under 10 minutes: $150 founding rate. 10 to 20 minutes: $197 founding rate. The founding rates end once the 4 client spots are full. |
We confirm a VSL order and its price in writing before you pay for it. VSL edits have a 48-hour target. The late-batch refund in section 4 applies to ad batches only.
2. What counts as one ad
- One ad is a vertical video up to 60 seconds.
- Ads from 61 to 90 seconds cost the same. Tell us when you order, because they take longer to edit. We confirm the delivery date with you, and that date is the deadline for that batch.
- Ads longer than 90 seconds are quoted separately. Email info@axeom.com before you order.
- A new hook is a new ad. One body with nine different hooks is 10 ads.
- Every ad gets the full edit: b-roll, motion graphics, animated text, zooms, sound effects and captions. There is no captions-only version.
- You have one point of contact. We brief, edit and check every ad before it reaches you.
3. The 72-hour clock
This section is the heart of the agreement. Read it twice.
- When it starts. The 72 hours start only when we have received all of your footage and notes. That means:
- The link to your footage opens for anyone who has it (Google Drive, Dropbox or WeTransfer). We will not ask for a login or an access request.
- The files are separate takes for each ad, named so we can tell which hook goes with which body.
- Your notes on what matters in each ad are in.
- We confirm the start. We check that everything is there and usable, then confirm the start time to you by email or message, usually within a few hours during the day. The clock starts when everything is in, even if our message comes later. The time in our message is that start time.
- If something is missing. If footage is missing, if a file is unusable, or if the link does not open, the clock has not started. We tell you what is missing. The clock starts when you fix it and we confirm. If we find a problem with your footage after the clock has started, we tell you what is missing or unusable, and the clock restarts when it is fixed.
- Weekends count. The clock never pauses, for weekends, holidays or anything else.
- The 48-Hour Rush. If you add the Rush, your batch comes back in 48 hours instead of 72. Every rule above works the same way.
- What delivery means. Your batch is delivered when every ad in the batch is on your private review link.
- What the clock does not cover. It covers the first delivery of a batch only. It does not cover revisions (section 5).
4. If we are late
If a batch is not delivered by its deadline, that batch is refunded. The deadline is 72 hours from the confirmed start (48 with the Rush, or the date we confirmed for ads from 61 to 90 seconds). How much:
- Test Batch or Starter 5: the price you paid for that batch ($297 or $147).
- With the Rush, late past 48 hours but delivered inside 72 hours: we refund the $97 Rush only.
- With the Rush, delivered after 72 hours: we refund the whole batch and the $97.
- Monthly plan: we refund the ads in the late batch at your plan price for those ads. For a batch of 10 ads that is $298.50 on Monthly 20 and $249.25 on Monthly 40.
- Free Rush from the 3-month bonus (section 7): no Rush fee was paid, so there is no Rush fee to refund. The 72-hour batch rule still applies.
- VSL edits: the late-batch refund applies to ad batches only. VSL edits have a 48-hour target, not a refund promise.
The refund covers delivery time only. It does not cover how your ads perform, and it does not cover revisions. A delay that comes from your side, such as a link that will not open or notes that arrive late, is not a late batch, because the clock has not started. To ask, email info@axeom.com from the email you paid with and tell us which batch. Refunds go back through Whop to the original payment method. When it shows up depends on your bank.
5. Revisions
- You get 2 revision rounds per ad.
- Each round comes back within 48 hours of your notes.
- The 72-hour promise and the late-batch refund cover first delivery only. They do not cover revision rounds. The 48 hours is our target for revisions, not a refund promise.
- A revision fixes or changes the edit you were sent. Sending new footage or asking for a different concept is a new ad.
6. Fit, refunds and final sales
- Fit. We take 4 new clients at a time. Spending under $1,000 a month on Meta ads is not a fit, and we decline those orders before payment. If you run fewer than 10 video ads a month, that is fine: the order page offers you Starter 5 (5 ads for $147).
- If one slips through. If you pay and your answers show it is not a fit, we decline the order and refund your payment in full. We review every order within one business day, and the refund goes out within one business day of that review. When it shows up depends on your bank.
- Otherwise, all sales are final once the clock has started, except the late-batch refund in section 4. If you change your mind after the clock has started, there is no refund for that.
- Not a refund reason: how the ads perform, or a different style you would have preferred after delivery. Use your 2 revision rounds for that.
- This agreement controls. For 72-Hour Ads, this agreement controls over the general refund and no-refund rules in the Terms of Service and the Refund & Chargeback Policy on axeom.com. Those still apply to anything else you buy from Axeom.
- If you pay and never send footage. Send your footage within 30 days of paying. If nothing arrives in 30 days, we email you. You can ask for a full refund within 60 days of paying. After 60 days with no footage, the order is closed and is not refundable.
7. Monthly plans
- Plans run month to month, with no minimum. They renew on the day you start. You authorize us and Whop to charge your payment method every month until you cancel.
- You can cancel any time in Whop. Cancelling stops the next charge. The month you already paid for is not refunded, and nothing is pro-rated.
- If you would rather have our team cancel it, email info@axeom.com at least 7 days before your renewal date.
- Commit to 3 months and you get one free 48-Hour Rush every month. If you leave early there is no fee. The free Rush just stops.
- If you start a monthly plan within 14 days of your Test Batch being delivered, your $297 is credited toward your first month. We apply it as a credit on your first monthly payment.
- The late-batch refund in section 4 applies to monthly plans.
- We will tell you before any change to a recurring price takes effect.
8. Your responsibilities
- You own, or have the right to use, everything you send us and everything in your ads: footage, music, logos, images, the likeness of anyone who appears, and every claim made.
- You are responsible for your ads following Meta's advertising policies and the law. That includes health, income and results claims, and FTC rules. We do not review, verify or approve the claims in your ads, and we edit what you send.
- You answer the order questions truthfully: what you spend on Meta ads a month, how many video ads you run, and whether any run 61 to 90 seconds.
- You send the footage and notes the way section 3 says.
- You agree to defend and hold harmless Axeom, its owners, employees and contractors from claims that come from what you send us, what your ads say or show, or your breach of this agreement.
- What we do not do. We edit. We do not run your ads, buy media, write scripts or film.
9. Who owns the work
- Once you have paid, you own the finished ads and may use them for any purpose.
- Your raw footage stays yours. We use it to make your ads, and we never publish it as it is. We keep footage and project files for 90 days after delivery, then we may delete them. Keep your own copies.
- We keep our project files, templates, and the tools and methods we use to make the edits. You do not get those.
- Music and stock footage we add are licensed for use in your ads. You are responsible for any music or footage you supply.
- By agreeing to this agreement, you let us use the finished ads we make for you, and clips from them, as examples of our work on our websites, social media and ads, with your name and public handle. This is standard for every order. If you would rather we stop, email info@axeom.com and we stop using your work in new material. We cannot pull posts already made.
10. No promise of results, and limits on our liability
- We do not promise any views, clicks, leads, sales or other result from the ads we edit. How an ad performs depends on many things outside our control. The late-batch refund is about delivery time, not results.
- To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to this agreement is no more than the amount you paid for the batch the claim is about. For a monthly plan, that is the amount you paid for that batch's ads.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost business.
11. Governing law and disputes
- This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
- Before any formal dispute, email info@axeom.com and give us 15 days to fix it in good faith.
- Any dispute we cannot fix is handled as section 12 of our Terms of Service says: binding arbitration in Dallas County, Texas, with a class action waiver.
12. Notices, changes and the whole agreement
- Notices. Send notices to us at info@axeom.com. We send notices to the email or phone number you gave us at checkout. Keep them current.
- Changes. We may update this agreement by posting a new version with a new date. The version in effect when you buy applies to that purchase. A change to a monthly plan's price or terms only takes effect after we tell you.
- The whole agreement. This agreement, together with the Terms of Service, the Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy on this site, is everything we have agreed. If they conflict on how the service works, this agreement controls.
- If part is struck down. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
- Contractors. We may use contractors, including editors, to do the work. You may not assign this agreement without our written consent.
- Your acceptance. When you pay at checkout, you accept this agreement. That is your electronic signature. If you do not agree, do not pay.
